Jessica Henman APRN, CNM, CPM, graduated from Frontier Nursing University in 2010, earning her Master’s degree. Jessica has worked in humanitarian aid internationally, and when back in the states, practiced as a nurse in the ER and cardiac surgery. Later, she pursued the field of child education along with becoming a doula. Jessica takes a role in both the Boards of the Missouri Affiliate of the American College of Nurse Midwives and The Sparrows Nest Teen Maternity Home. https://www.primrosemidwifery.com/about

As a dedicated, registered nurse, Sam thrives on empowering patients to take charge of their health and well-being. Through dietary and lifestyle changes, Jill supports clients in improving their mental, emotional, and physical well-being to promote a long and healthy life.

Jill lives in Wentzville with her husband of 15 years, Steve, and their 8-year-old daughter. She enjoys playing games, engaging in meaningful conversations, spending time outdoors, and trail running.
